Separator Application

Juneng's centrifugal separator features specially designed centripetal pumps and inlet/outlet ports that create a gentle separation environment, preserving active ingredients and maintaining nutritional value, freshness, and original flavor.
The milk cream separator is primarily used in milk processing to continuously separate cream and defatted milk from pure milk while removing impurities and sediments. It also enables milk standardization based on fat content.
Juneng separators can remove extremely small solid particles (as small as 1mm) dispersed in suspensions from the liquid phase.

Two-Phase Separation for Dairy Clarification
Clarification involves two-phase separation. Materials are fed into the machine's bowl, where strong centrifugal force removes impurities from raw material to produce clean milk.
Three-Phase Separation for Dairy Skimming
The disc separator is specially designed for two-phase and three-phase separation. Two-phase separation separates suspended solids from liquid or separates two immiscible liquids with different specific gravities. Three-phase separation simultaneously separates two immiscible liquid phases and a solid phase.
